Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, DEPOSIT & RESCHEDULING POLICY Please read the following policy carefully before booking your appointment. By booking and submitting payment, you agree to the policies below. PAYMENTS OF $25 OR LESS Any deposit or total payment of $25 or less is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel or reschedule: • You must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible to reschedule. • You may reschedule ONE time only. • Your new appointment must be scheduled within 2 weeks of your original appointment date. • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your payment will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded. PAYMENTS OF $26 OR MORE If your deposit or total payment is $26 or more: • Cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment → You are eligible for a FULL REFUND. • Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, but less than 48 hours before → You will receive a refund of 10% of the amount paid. The remaining 90% is non-refundable. • Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment → Your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. NO-SHOW POLICY ALL NO-SHOWS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without properly canceling, your deposit/payment will be forfeited. No-show payments cannot be refunded, transferred, or used toward another appointment. PLEASE REMEMBER Booking an appointment means you are agreeing to this cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy.
