Refund Policy
All sales are final. This includes gift cards and retail products. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. By purchasing our products you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Running Late Policy

5 Minute Grace Period: We allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.

10 Minutes Late: If you arrive 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your service.

15 Minutes or More: If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. Any applicable deposit or fees will be forfeited.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you receive your full service time.
Cancellation/Deposit Policy (Specials & Regular Appointments):

Deposits for specials/promotional services are non-refundable. You may reschedule once within 2 weeks if canceled at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows forfeit the deposit and cannot reschedule.

Deposits $25 or less are non-refundable (unless cancellation is due to the esthetician). They may be transferred if canceled at least 48 hours in advance, but must be used within 2 weeks or they are forfeited

Deposits $26 or more are refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance (excluding specials).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable (specials are always non-refundable).

No-shows forfeit deposits and cannot transfer them to another appointment.

If you cancel within the 48-hour window and wish to reschedule, you may do so, but the new appointment must be scheduled within 2 weeks or the deposit is forfeited
